Service Description

The Architecture of Desire is a tailored coaching experience for executives and leaders in Fashion & Luxury, designed to evoke awareness around the invisible dynamics that influence perception, creativity, decision-making and leadership. Through powerful questioning, reflection and a systemic perspective, the coaching sessions create a space for leaders to explore how their own assumptions, patterns and ways of seeing may influence what they — and the systems around them — are able to imagine, challenge and transform. The coach does not provide predetermined answers or prescribe solutions. In alignment with the ICF Code of Ethics and coaching principles, the process respects the client’s autonomy and ability to generate their own insights, perspectives and choices. Because sometimes innovation does not require seeing more. It requires becoming aware of how we are already seeing. Limited to 6 participants
